Open Left’s Matt Stoller notes another corporate fundraiser tonight for Rep. Al Wynn, taking place this afternoon
The host committee includes the political action committees of AT&T, Comcast, T-Mobile, Time Warner, Qwest, Verizon and Embarg.
Also on hand will be House Majority Whip James Clyburn, House Energy and Commerce Chairman John Dingell and – as if they needed anymore firepower – Representatives Butterfield, Rush and Towns.
It’s being held at Platinum Advisors, a California-based lobbying firm whose Washington office is managed by Lucie Gikovich, once an aide to former Gov. Jerry Brown.
No word on anticipated haul, but expect it to blow the doors off.
