Governors jam

It's a funny thing about Maryland. There is so much footage and video of Gov. Martin O'Malley dancing around on stage with his band that we often forget how other states react when they see their governors getting down with the sound.

A video of New Jersey Gov. Jon Corzine swinging in a Denver Johnny Rockets is all the rage there, while on Wednesday night, O'Malley led Virginia Gov. Tim Kaine (harmonica), Montana Gov. Brian Schweitzer (cowbell) and Arizona Gov. Janet Napolitano (tambourine) in a jam session.

"Like the Patridge Family, but over the hill," O'Malley described it.

Bay Bridge

I'm sure the motorists stuck near the Bay Bridge because O'Malley closed half of it on Labor Day weekend would love to see a video of the governor having a great time.
