Skalka on the clear cut case against Vice President Steele

Jennifer SkalkaDespite the fact that Hillary didn't wrestle the nomination away from Barack Obama and thus left the Democrats' African American base firmly in place, former Baltimore Sun reporter Jennifer Skalka lists the other reason Michael Steele is an impossible choice for John McCain's veep: the oh so long, oh so easily dug-up list of opposition research against him.

Is there one in every state?
Does every state have some nobody failed politician that they speculate about becoming vice president, or is it just Maryland?
How about Kathy Davis? She was a losing incumbent Lt. Governor in Indiana in 2004. She's a woman, from a red state... maybe Obama could put her on the ticket!
Or do you have to also lose a Senate race to be considered a VP candidate?
You Can Take The Girl Out Of Maryland...
...but she'll still write hit pieces on one of its favorite sons.
Perhaps such "little rocks" ought not throw stones of their own...
