Edwards to celebrate where Wynn fell
By Wally EdgeFourth district Democratic nominee Donna Edwards will take in the special election returns tomorrow night at the IBEW Local 26 headquarters in Lanham.
But on the night of the Feb. 12 Democratic primary, she was stationed at the Raddison Hotel in Largo. If you recall, the IBEW was already booked by a guy named Al Wynn.
