Michael Steele is really, really Catholic, etc.

No matter what our readers think, the vice presidential prospects of former Lt. Gov. Michael Steele keep on rising, as U.S. News & World Report profile him along with a group of 13 other contenders to be John McCain's wingman - or wingwoman, Kay Bailey Hutchison.

This on the heels of Family Research Council President Tony Perkins was offering up Steele as a vice presidential pick pleasing to the Republican base.

You got to be kidding

Re headline Michael Steel is really, really, Catholic. He had numerous opportunities to express his Catholic faith while Lt Governor - and he failed to defend his faith, both orally and in personal appearances. I almost barfed when I read the headline.
