The costs of gasoline and crude oil have set records in the past few weeks. Even if oil prices decline, drivers may not see an immediate savings. So what would George W. Bush be saying here as he’s wrapped up by the hose of a gasoline pump?
Come up with a pointed caption for this cartoon and post it in the comments link below. Keep it clean (this is a family website) and keep it brief (brevity is the soul of wit).
