Palin's Reputation as a maverick.
Governor Palin has been in favor of promoting small business. There are many small business owners who will appreciate her stand and her efforts to help them.
Also her experience as a citizen and a leader in the state of Alaska should provide her with much insight into the Anwar debate AND the use of the oil pipeline that should ease the gas controversy in our country.
In addition Governor has had dealings with foreign countries in regard to fishing rights and other issues.
