Edwards raises $59K in 3Q, $47K cash on hand

Donna Edwards (D-Fort Washington), who currently holds Maryland's 4th Congressional District seat, is reporting $58,754.64 in total contributions in the third fundraising quarter and has $47,423.69 cash on hand, according to documents filed with the Federal Election Commission.
Edwards, who won the seat in a June special election, is currently being challenged by Republican Peter James.
James's 3rd quarter numbers are not yet available.
