Kratovil raises $350K in 2Q, $450K cash on hand

State's Attorney Frank Kratovil (D-Stevensville), who is running for congress in Maryland’s 1st Congressional District, is reporting $356,838.55 in contributions in the second quarter and has $454,027.26 cash on hand, according to FEC documents distributed by the campaign.

Kratovil raised $792,302.35 in total contributions to date for this election.

Tim McCann, Kratovil's campaign manager said a vast majority of the money raised would be used on paid communications - primarily TV.

McCann told PolitickerMD.com that the campaign would have a "significant presence on television in the weeks leading up to the election."

Kratovil is running against state Sen. Andy Harris (R-Cockeysville) for the MD-1 seat. Harris reported $609,482.95 cash on hand Tuesday morning.
