This should raise some eyebrows. Angry voters in New Jersey are contacting their county clerks and local judges, demanding that their absentee ballots be nullified, as their chosen candidates - namely John Edwards and Rudy Giuliani - dropped out before election day.
Now the really crazy part: they're getting what they want!
Ocean County, NJ Superior Court Assignment Judge Vincent Grasso ruled that if an absentee ballot voter signs an affidavit affirming their candidate dropped out of the race, they can have a do-over in the state's Feb. 5 primary. The state attorney general affirmed the decision, and left it up to county clerks to supply the replacement ballots.
Unprecedented.
So now we're asking, "Can we do it here?"
Stay tuned.

It seems fair to me that they are mad. They votes can change something and the ones that dropped out took that from them.
